Episode 21: Chapter 8 of The Emotional Truth – Trauma and Healing

Everybody experiences varying degrees of pain and trauma in their lives. It’s not so much about if that will happen, it’s about what we do with it after it happens. 

For a while, we all tend to stay in a state of victimization, blame, and/or guilt, until eventually, we recognize that healing is possible. When we recognize we can heal, we begin to move out of the victimization of the experience and release the blame and/or guilt we feel. This allows us to let ourselves and others off the hook.

In this episode, I talk about how to do that and why it’s important that we keep working to get to this place of healing.
