Past experience can be a trap for a lot of people because it brings up a lot of pain, blame, shame, and guilt. It has a story attached to it that may not be true, and it often keeps us stuck unable to move forward.
In this episode, I talk about how to use the past, present, and future in such a way that allows us to heal and move forward so that we’re not burdened by our previous experiences.
