Spring Equinox Tarot Messages

With Spring Equinox right around the corner, I figured it was time for some tarot messages. I didn’t get the opportunity to do a video this time, so here they are on the blog.

The decks I used are The Wizard’s Tarot by Corrine Kenner, The Gilded Reverie Lenormand Expanded Edition by Ciro Marchetti, The Wisdom of the Hidden Realms Oracle by Colette Baron-Reid, The Moonology Oracle by Yasmin Boland and The Butterfly Oracle Cards for Life Changes by Doreen Virtue.

Below is a picture of all 4 piles. Go ahead and pick a pile and then scroll down to read your messages.

Pile 1

The cards are the 9 of Pentacles, the Birds and the Well, Expect Powerful Change, The Ice Queen, and Grief Work. The message from the Bag of Tricks is this is selfish.

Pile 1, what’s going on here? The message from the Bag of Tricks is that this is selfish. There is something you’re holding on to, not saying or not doing that is causing a problem. Let’s see what’s up.

So the tarot card is the 9 of Pentacles. This card is about independence, doing your own thing and taking care of yourself. It is representing you or how you could be at this point if you wanted to be. The question is, are you the 9 of Pentacles right now?

The two Lenormand cards are the Birds and the Well. So the birds is about conversation or gossip, nerves or things that make us nervous. We could be nervous about a conversation we’re having. We could be just engaging in idle chatter without actually getting to the point. The Well is about healing. The question to ask with this card is what’s being healed? In order to heal we need to dig deep and the well does that. In order to retrieve water from a well, we need to send that bucket way down to the bottom of the well. It can be a long way down there, but if we want water we have to be willing to do the work.

Together these cards indicate that maybe you’re nervous about conversation you need to have that would create some healing for you. Maybe there is something you need to say to someone that would make you feel better but you’re scared to say it. Maybe you’re afraid to tell somebody that you’ve done the healing work that needed to be done.

There is powerful change coming for you from the Moonology oracle deck. Good things are on the way. Sometimes though we have to get past the challenges. Neither healing nor change are easy. Rarely do they go in a straight line. Usually we go all over the place before finding our way. There is nothing wrong with this. It’s part of the human experience. We have to decide to go on the journey is all, take the first step.

One of the things that The Ice Queen talks about is entitlement. So we have to ask the question are you feeling entitled to something right now? One of the energies of the 9 of Pentacles can be entitlement or the feeling of being owed something. This also helps to explain the message from the Bag of Tricks about being selfish. Are you waiting for somebody to apologize or offer an explanation for their actions? If so, why? Unfortunately, whether we like it or not, people don’t have to apologize for anything. They don’t owe us anything. We have to figure out how to be okay on our own. Needing an apology to make ourselves feel better just leaves the power in the other person. Take your power back, stop waiting around for an apology that may never come and figure out how to move on without it.

The Ice Queen also talks about nonaction. This is the idea that you’re sitting on something you know you need to do and you’re not doing it. I can relate to this, I think we all can. We get stuck in our stuff. It’s easy to do. Figure out what’s stopping you so you can move forward.

The final card is Grief Work. This is about doing that healing work. It’s reflecting the Well from the Lenormand deck. What do you need to let go of? What needs to be healed that you’re obviously nervous about doing? Healing isn’t easy. It’s messy, it can be painful and it can take a long time. Once we release that pain though we feel better almost immediately. It’s one less thing to carry around, one less thing holding us back, one less thing to worry about. Reach out for help if you need to, but do make the effort to heal yourself. It’s worth it in the end.

Pile 2

The cards are the King of Pentacles, the Coffin and the House, Show the world the real you, The Alter Priestess, and Parental Care. The message from the Bag of Tricks is it’s safe to love.

The King of Pentacles knows who he is, what he’s doing, where he’s going and how he’s getting there. He’s not afraid of much of anything. He makes a plan and acts it out. He waits for nothing and nobody. He’s abundant and independent too. He’s not overly emotional though, but he can show a little bit of a sensitive side if he puts his mind to it. This is supposed to be you Pile 2. Do you have a plan or are you still hiding from the world?

The Coffin from the lenormand deck is about burying things. This can be a literal coffin, but not in this case. This is about dreams or ideas that have been buried, they were never put out in the world. The House can be about a literal house. it can also be about home and family, plans, safety and security. Much like the King of Pentacles the Home represents that sense of security, but paired with the Coffin it is indicating that maybe the home feels like a tomb or a prison. It can show buried plans or things that were never accomplished. What are you hiding from Pile 2?

The Altar Priestess is about preparation for something. The card does talk about divine, sacred union, the only other indication of love is from the Bag of Tricks which says it’s safe to love. Is there somebody you want to ask out or go on a date with? Are there some hidden feelings here? If not it can just be that you’ve been preparing to do something but it appears you haven’t done it yet. What are you wanting to do? Why aren’t you doing it?

The Moonology card is show the world the real you. In order to enact those plans you have to be willing to be who you are, stand in your truth like the King of Pentacles and do or say what you need to do or say. If you never do it, nothing will change. You’ll be stuck in the same pattern, the same cycle, for a long time.

The final card is from the Butterfly Oracle and it says Parental Care. This is about taking care of yourself, maybe you’re a parent. This card shows up for me when I need to take care of myself as a parent. It can also be about taking care of an elderly parent though. But generally, it’s about self-care and the need to do what’s best for yourself.

Overall this pile is about doing what you need to do, coming out of your tomb and showing up in the world as the King of Pentacles, even if you’re female! You can do this Pile 2!

Pile 3

The cards are the 5 of Swords, the Bouquet and the Stork, The Lady of Lightning, A time for healing, and a New Career. The message from the Bag of Tricks is to go with the flow!

Pile 3 the 5 of Swords is a conflict card but I honestly think the only person you’re fighting with is yourself. If that’s the case it just means you’re not listening to your inner voice, you’re not paying attention yet. The Universe is yelling at you and you’re not listening.

The Bouquet from the Lenormand deck is about flattery, a social visit, gifts, and compliments. The Stork is typically about some sort of change and transformation. Together they can indicate that maybe you’ve been isolated, intentionally or not, and it’s time to come out and see the world and other people again. With the pandemic, we’ve all been spending a little bit more time at home, but maybe now is a good time to get out and meet people. It seems like this might bring you something you weren’t expecting.

The Lady of Lightning is like the Tower card in tarot. it’s about exciting or surprising things coming in that we aren’t expecting. Something is coming your way Pile 3, but you have to be willing to talk to people to get it. The Butterfly deck may be giving you a hint with its’ message of a new career. Now what I’ve found with this card is it doesn’t always mean a new job necessarily. It can mean something you do on the side that might earn you a little extra money. It doesn’t have to be a shiny new full time job with benefits. I often see this card when I embark on a new project in my business, for example. I’m not actually getting a new career, I’m just starting something new. The same could be true for you.

The Moonology card is a time for healing. So it’s likely that there may be some healing associated with this new career. It could also mean that you have some healing work to do in order to get to this new career. Maybe there’s some inner work to do before you’re ready to present your newly transformed self to the outside world. These are the finishing touches by the way, no major work required.

The final message is from the Bag of Tricks and it wants you to go with the flow. Something is going to happen that you aren’t expecting, it’s likely to show up in a social situation of some kind because of the Bouquet card. Be ready for anything, be friendly and stay open to the possibilities. Good luck and let me know what comes your way!

Pile 4

The cards are The Hierophant, the Dice and the Sun from the Lenormand deck, The Winged Wise Ones, Step out of your comfort zone, and Forgiveness. The message from the Bag of Tricks is Heart Chakra.

The Hierophant is about life, beliefs and religion. It’s about anything that is very traditional and structured. It’s all about rules and regulations. What box are you stuck in Pile 4? What beliefs are you holding on to that aren’t let you move forward? What do you believe about life or about yourself that’s keeping you where you are?

The Dice are about taking a chance. This is something random and unexpected that comes our way and gives us a choice to make as to whether we take the gamble or not. The Sun is about being happy and positive, but it’s also about being open or gaining clarity about something. So maybe this roll of the dice requires you to open up a bit more, maybe you need some more information so you can be sure about what you’re doing. Maybe it will just make you very happy.

The Winged Wise Ones is about miracles happening. There is something really good coming into your life that will seem like dumb luck. It’s going to seem really random to you, but it’s not. It’s the Universe giving you something you’ve been wanting for a while maybe. Whatever it is, it’s really good and it’s going to make you really happy, but you have to be open to it.

In order to have this thing that you’ve wanted, you’re going to have to push yourself out of your comfort zone, that’s why the Hierophant is here. The Hierophant stays in his comfort zone and he doesn’t move out of it, ever, but you have to. You have to let go of anything that’s going to stop you from taking advantage of this new found “luck”. I put luck in quotation marks because I don’t believe in luck. This is showing up because you manifested it and now it’s here, but you have to do the work to have it.

The Butterfly Deck talks about forgiveness. Forgive yourself, forgive the situation you’ve been in, forgive the person that hurt you, whatever it is you need to forgive do it. That’s how we move on and let go. Forgiveness is always one of those words that makes people cringle. Stop telling me to forgive! I get it! It’s more about letting go of whatever the pain is you’re holding on to. If you’re not ready to forgive don’t, that’s fine. Just take your power back and stop blaming yourself and others for the things that have gone wrong in your life. Those things happened so you could learn from them. Take the lesson, take your power, and keep going.

The Heart Chakra here is all about leaving your heart open so you can follow it. This is where the healing needs to be done too. There is something you’re holding on to in your heart that needs to be let go of. Just take your power back so you can heal. It’s not easy Pile 4, but it will be worth it. Good things are coming for you!

Change, change, everywhere change! So many cycles ending, some of them are major multi-year or lifetime cycles that are ready to pop. The trick is we have to be open and do the work. All 4 piles have something to let go of, release, say or do. There is action required to get to the thing we want. It’s time to put your foot to the gas and do the work, everybody! Let’s end these cycles! We can do this!

Love to all.
