Breaking free is about putting it all together and doing the thing. In the previous chapters, we talked about all the things that can get in our way, all the things that cause us to struggle. In this chapter, we get to talk about how to get around some of the things that are going to come up that we can’t fix while sitting on our couch at home, things like confidence and fear.
